How accurate is the simulation?
VETTED uses minute-by-minute modeling with realistic gaussian arrival curves calibrated against real-world event data. The simulation accounts for gate throughput by screening type, staff effects on dwell time, approach corridor constraints, and weather conditions. Accuracy improves with better input data, particularly attendee counts and arrival mode breakdowns.
What venue types do you support?
Any venue with defined entry/exit points: arenas, stadiums, convention centers, expo halls, festival grounds, theaters, and outdoor event spaces. Upload any floor plan image (PNG, JPG, SVG) and place gates and staff on it. VETTED works with venues from 5,000 to 200,000+ capacity.
How long does a managed simulation take?
Typical turnaround for a Managed Services engagement is 3-5 business days from floor plan receipt to final report delivery. This includes initial setup, multiple simulation scenarios, optimization recommendations, and a consultation call to review results. Rush delivery is available for Enterprise clients.
Can I integrate with existing systems?
Enterprise and Custom tier clients have access to API integration for connecting VETTED with ticketing systems (for real-time attendance data), access control systems (Evolv, turnstile APIs), and venue management platforms. Custom integrations are scoped during the onboarding process.
